Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returnable Items
You may return your items within 30 days of your original order date.
Non-returnable Items:
- Items marked as FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
- Any items with a discount greater than 30% are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving your package.
Conditions for Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that clearance items and cosmetics are NOT returnable, as these items are FINAL SALE.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
