Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your received your item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of your initial order date.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
  • Any items with a discount of more than 30% are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

What items are not returnable?

Clearance Items and Cosmetics are NOT returnable. These items are FINAL SALE.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3 to 7 working days.

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
